Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the American Income System website, software suite, and affiliate program (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Membership and Payments

• The American Income System software suite is a one-time payment of $297 USD for access to the included tools.
• Affiliates may pay a separate $199 Admin Activation Fee to participate in the affiliate program and unlock marketing assets.
• All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize that charge.
• Pricing, features, and tools may be updated from time to time.

4. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or its underlying assets except as expressly permitted by the Affiliate Agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

• No spam, deceptive marketing, or violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or similar laws.
• No misrepresentation of earnings, results, or endorsements.
• No unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
• No use of the Service to promote unlawful, hateful, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, content, branding, and marketing assets, is owned by American Income System or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms, including the Affiliate Agreement or Acceptable Use rules above. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Income System and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless American Income System from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
