Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for the American Income System software suite and the Admin Activation Fee.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Software Suite

You may request a full refund of the one-time $297 software suite purchase within 14 days of your original transaction by emailing support@americanincomesystem.com from the email on your account.

• Requests after 14 days are not eligible.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Access to the software is revoked upon refund.

2. Admin Activation Fee ($199)

The Admin Activation Fee covers onboarding, compliance review, and access provisioning for the affiliate program and is non-refundable once activation is complete. If you cancel before activation has been performed, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Commissions and Chargebacks

• If a referred customer receives a refund, any commission paid or pending on that order will be reversed.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@americanincomesystem.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include the email on your account and your order date.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service or Affiliate Agreement.
