American Income System operates a high-integrity affiliate program. This Compliance page summarizes the marketing, advertising, and regulatory standards that all affiliates and users are expected to follow. It supplements (and does not replace) the Affiliate Agreement, Terms of Service, and Earnings Disclaimer.

FTC Endorsement Guides

• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously wherever you promote the Service ("#ad", "affiliate link", or similar).
• Only share testimonials or results that are truthful, verifiable, and representative.
• Do not claim or imply guaranteed income.

Email and Messaging Laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, GDPR)

• Only email or message recipients who have opted in.
• Include a valid physical address and a working unsubscribe link in every commercial email.
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
• No autodialed or pre-recorded calls/SMS without prior express written consent.

Paid Advertising

• Comply with the advertising policies of each platform you use (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• No brand bidding on "American Income System" or close variants without written permission.
• No misleading creative, fake countdowns, or before/after income claims.

Prohibited Conduct

• Spam, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, incentivized clicks, or any form of traffic fraud.
• Impersonating the Company, its staff, or customers.
• Promoting the Service on platforms that primarily serve minors.
• Use of the Service in connection with illegal, hateful, or harassing content.

Reporting Violations

To report a compliance violation, contact compliance@americanincomesystem.com. We investigate every report and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
